Tony Carpenter
Managing Director
Overall company management and new business
An Account Director who trained in leading advertising agencies in London, including Ted Bates and BMP. After setting up a Qualitative Research unit within BMP in 1990, Tony purchased RCA. Over the past 16 years RCA has developed into a leading business-to-business agency in the UK. With experience across a number of blue chip clients including Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, Canon, Courage, Electricity Council, Yellow Pages, Lancome, Pericom... He still gets excited by new initiatives for his clients' business.

Nigel Brown

Strategy and business planning 
Nigel started his career in banking (Coutts & Co) and then moved into marketing, working with Sinclair Research on the launch of home computers, flat screen TV and many software products. For the next 10 years he led a number technology-based start-ups to varying levels of success including three trade sales and one IPO.
In 1996 he joined Microlease plc and in 2002 they were acclaimed as the 15th fastest growing company in the UK (The Times). He led an MBO of Microlease in 2006 and is now CEO of the business.
In 2003 he acquired a 50% interest in RCA and helps develop the direction and strategy for the business.
He achieved an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Bath in 1996

Mark Wells
Creative Director
Arguably the most important job in the Agency rests on these shoulders. With a wide experience across too many clients to list, Mark controls the creative output of the Agency. After achieving a BA Hons in Graphic Design and working in a number of agencies, Mark joined RCA as Creative Director in 1990.
“What gives me a buzz? Creating impact then moving the prospect to the desired action. If we can achieve that, we have succeeded. If we succeed, then I get a buzz!”
John Freeman
Digital Media Manager
John controls all projects involved in digital media from complex websites and banner advertising to e-marketing.
With a higher degree in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) from Staffordshire University, John has a passion for solving complex business issues through the use of digital media.
